AMBARELLA - The New Cambodian Cuisine Cookbook now published

From: Kanika Linden (March 2014)

The book is in English. The French version won the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2009 for "BEST ASIAN CUISINE COOKBOOK IN THE WORLD". Ambarella features authenthic Cambodian recipes that we love to share in our family. The book was written because I wanted to keep a trace of my mother's culinary heritage, spend time with her and know more about her passion, food. (Other main reasons include that I was hungry and craving for Cambodian food when I was expecting my children and that I am a hopeless cook!).
