Khmer New Year - 2009

Bang Skaul: Casunik raised 370.00 GBP for Khmer New Year 2009 and donated directly to the monks.

What a successful Khmer New Year party it was! We must admit that, we are very proud of you all and deeply touched by your efforts in sacrificing your time to help with the food, entertainment and decorations. It could not have been such a wonderful occasion without your participation and your attendance.

This is hugely appreciated in the time of economic difficulties, where our aim is to continue to ensure that the Khmer culture is kept alive and community stays focused and united.

We strongly hope that, this community will continue to progress in this vein for the mutual benefit to all, not only in the UK but globally as well by retaining a positive image of Cambodia.

9mins DVDs of the event are available for personal collection. If you wish to obtain one, you can contact Charles by emailing him when visiting his website.
